Government of Meghalaya envisions to become a pioneer in e-governance in the country.
In continuation of accomplishing its vision of simplifying the processes of accessing ground level data collection, Government of Meghalaya launched the MLEADS - The official digital App of Meghalaya Livestock Enterprises Advancement Society (M-LEADS), a society under the Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Department, Government of Meghalaya; is the implementation agency for the Piggery Mission.
